Westhampton: Residential Westhampton is a quaint district with chic boutiques, home decor stores, and art galleries clustered around Libbie, Grove, and Patterson avenues. The homes are of colonial, cape cods and ranches with luxury new condos and townhouses. There are a variety of price points, but this is a popular area and the price reflects the buyer's interest even in the smaller homes.
