How Does it Work?

1. Initial contact: This will uncover the needs of the buyer including house type, budget, timing, and location. This will help us determine the best match.

2. Referral Request: Myself and our office relocation director will initiate the referral with the Sotheby's International Realty company in your destination city with your preferences and buying requirements.

3. The Sotheby's in the destination city will identify a Real Estate Advisor that matches your needs and specializes in your specific market.

4. I will personally introduce you to the selected Real Estate Advisor and will follow up as needed with you and the real estate agent.

5. I will offer continued support throughout the process.
