"When we first moved to Richmond in 2011, Wythe helped us find the perfect rental home for us. Since we were moving from out of town we knew nothing about the area and she showed us all around, making it a very easy choice when it came to us knowing where we wanted to live. After our experience then, we knew we would choose Wythe when it came time to buy. A couple of years later we went to Wythe to let her know that we would really like to start looking at a house to purchase. She started out by taking us on "power tours" to help give her and us an idea of what our wants and needs were. Over the span of about four months, Wythe must have shown us over 50 houses. She had such patience with us and knew what we liked and what we didn't (even if we were unsure). When we finally found the house that was right for us, she dove right in with the negotiation process which was such a relief because we were clueless first-home buyers. She was the main reason why we were able to get our dream home at a price we could afford and without any hitches. She was always available and very quick to respond to any e-mails, phone calls, and even texts. Now that we're all settled in, we miss Wythe!
